Mnangagwa made this call during the official opening of the SADC-TFCA Summit, which is taking place in Harare this morning. President Mnangagwa, affectionately known as ED, bemoaned the effects of climate change in the region. He noted that more protected areas are now struggling to provide water for wildlife, leading to increased human-wildlife conflict as animals interact more with humans in search of water.
