*Job Description* We are a growing company based in Seef, Bahrain, looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction accounting and be capable of handling day-to-day financial operations with minimal supervision. *Job Title:* Accountant *Location:* Seef, Bahrain *Job Type:* Full-time *Salary:* BD 200 – BD 250 (based on experience) *Key Responsibilities:* Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with Bahrain tax regulations Manage accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial closings Generate and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Coordinate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation Assist in budgeting and cost tracking, especially for construction projects Handle petty cash and payroll if required *Requirements:* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry Proficiency in Tally accounting software is a must Strong understanding of construction project costing and related financial reporting Experience in preparing VAT reports and submitting returns Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) *What We Offer:* Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within the company Competitive salary based on experience and performance Exposure to diverse projects and practical learning *How to Apply* If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to: Email: [email protected] Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
