*Job Description* We are seeking a talented Landscape Engineer or Designer to join our team at VistaBH. The ideal candidate will have expertise in soft and hard landscape design, client engagement, and project costing to deliver stunning and sustainable outdoor spaces. *Key Responsibilities* Design creative and functional soft and hard landscape plans, including plantings, paving, water features, and structures. Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback. Prepare accurate project cost estimates, budgets, and material specifications. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are implemented according to plans and timelines. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure quality standards. Stay updated on landscape design trends, materials, and sustainable practices. Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for client approvals. *Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in soft and hard landscape design. Proven ability to meet with clients and translate their vision into practical designs. Strong skills in project costing, budgeting, and material selection. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams.
