*Job Description*
We are hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage daily client trips and chauffeurs for our luxury transport business in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences.
*Key Responsibilities*
– Be the main contact for clients and handle their requests.
– Manage trip bookings and special client needs.
– Build strong client relationships.
– Schedule and assign them to client trips.
– Keep accurate client and trip records.
– Work with the finance team for monthly invoicing.
– Ensure chauffeurs meet safety and service standards.
– Assist with other tasks as assigned by managers.
*Required Qualifications*
– 3+ years of experience in operations, ideally in transport or hospitality.
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, logistics, or related field.
– Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
– Good computer skills, including MS Office and email.
– Open to all nationalities.
– Transferable Iqama.
– Valid Saudi driving license is a plus.
