*📊 Bazaar Brief - 30th May, 2025* *❕Trader Pulse By Vishal❕* *MODEST CUTS FOR THE DAY AND THE WEEK* • Sensex and Nifty fell 0.2% and 0.3% respectively. Sensex settled at 81451, down 182 points while Nifty lost 83 points to finish at 24750. Nifty mid-cap and small-cap indices ended a tad lower, with the latter snapping a 5-session winning streak. • Nifty Metal and IT indices slipped 1.7% and 1.2% respectively, becoming top losers among the sectoral indices while Bank and Financial Services indices were the top gainers, up 0.4% and 0.1% respectively. Within Bank, PSU Bank index surged 2.9%. Eternal surged 5%, becoming top Nifty gainer, followed by 2.1% higher SBI. Bajaj Auto and Hindalco were the top losers, down 3.1% and 2.5% respectively. NSE advance-decline ratio stood at 1:1.3. • Rupee depreciated 7 paise to end at 85.57/$. • For the week, Sensex and Nifty fell 0.3% and 0.4% respectively, extending the losing streak to second straight week. • European markets were up 0.4%-1%. • U.S. futures were modestly lower. *Open an account, react, and share.
