*SHALOM*
*NIGHT DOSE*
*🤔🤷♂️I’M NOT CHARISMATIC ... I JUST HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT.....*
*🎯Why Christians Are Fighting Over the Same Spirit Who Came to Unite Us*
Let’s be honest, Church Fam,
Why are we acting like the Holy Spirit is a VIP pass for a select group of Christians?
You hear people say,
🗣️ *“Me? I’m not charismatic!”*
Oh really? So you didn’t receive the Holy Spirit at Confirmation? You missed the Holy Spirit at baptism? You skipped Pentecost or just snoozed through it?
Because newsflash:
*If you’re a Christian, you already have the Holy Spirit. Boom.* 🎯
That makes you... wait for it... *charismatic*! 🕺💃
(Yes, even if you don’t do cartwheels during praise and worship.)
Now, let’s clear up the drama.
👉 “Charismatic” doesn’t mean you roll on the floor or scream “Receive it!” into a microphone.
👉 It simply means, *You’ve received gifts from the Holy Spirit. And you use them.*
It’s Bible, not branding:
📖 *“Each of you has received a gift... Use it to serve one another.”* —1 Peter 4:10.
Not “some of you.”
Not “those who fall when prayed for.”
*Each. Of. You.*
So why are we dividing the Church over Holy Spirit drama?
Some folks act like if their priest doesn’t wave his hand or shout in tongues, he’s powerless.
Others believe if a Christian claps too loudly or dances during worship, they’ve joined a spiritual circus. 🎪
Guys... come on. 🤦♀️🤦♂️
The Holy Spirit is not a performer.
He’s not “Father Fire” or “Bishop Breeze.”
He’s not limited to hype or silence.
He’s *God*.
So next time you hear someone say:
🗣️ *“I’m not into that charismatic stuff.”*
Just smile and say:
*“Well, God is into you. And He already gifted you—whether you clap or not!”* 🙌
✍️Let’s stop fighting over what we all have. Let’s stop dividing over the *same Spirit* that came to *unite* us.
Let’s be real. Be joyful. Be gifted.
*And let’s fly together.* 🕊️💨
🛐🕊️ *Prayer for the United Body of Christ, One Spirit, Many Gifts* 🕊️
*Heavenly Father,*
You are the God of unity, not confusion; of communion, not division. You sent Your Spirit not to scatter us into camps, but to gather us into one Body in Christ.
And yet, here we are labeling, judging, segregating over the very Spirit You gave to unite us.
*Lord, forgive us* for the times we have mocked, minimized, or misunderstood one another’s gifts. Forgive us for drawing lines between “charismatics” and “non-charismatics,” between the loud and the quiet, the expressive and the reserved. You are not limited to volume, style, or display. You are God - present in the stillness and in the fire.
*Today we pray: heal Your Church, Lord.* Unite us again in the Spirit of Truth, Love, and Humility. Let the fire of Pentecost fall afresh—not to divide but to deepen our communion. Teach us to celebrate every gift, whether it’s preaching or praying, healing or hospitality, tongues or service, music or mercy.
*We intercede for the whole Body of Christ,*
🕊️ For those who fear the gifts of the Spirit give them understanding.
🕊️ For those who boast in their gifts give them humility.
🕊️ For those hiding their gifts give them courage.
🕊️ For every priest, pastor, leader remind them their power is from You, not performance.
🕊️ And for all the faithful pour out a fresh desire to know, love, and live in Your Spirit.
Holy Spirit, Blow away our pride,
Melt our resistance, Burn away our divisions, And make us one Body,
Alive with many gifts, But ruled by one Lord, Moving in one Spirit, To the glory of One God.
*We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ,
our Lord and our unity.* Amen.
*✨Enjoy a gracious night and a restful sleep - Cheers*

🙏
