How aware are you of the unique and personal love God has for you? It’s easy to believe that God loves everyone. We hear it all the time: “God is love.” But sometimes, what’s harder to believe—deep down—is that God loves me, personally, deeply, and unconditionally. Not just in a general sense, but in a way that is intimate, specific, and tailored to who I am, with all my strengths and all my flaws. God doesn’t love us as a crowd—He loves us as individuals. His love is not divided among His children; it is fully given to each one. You are not lost in a sea of humanity. You are seen. You are known. And you are loved. Imagine someone who knows every thought you’ve ever had, every joy, every fear, every regret—someone who has seen the best and worst parts of you—and still loves you more than you can understand. That is how God sees you. His love is not turned off by your sins or mistakes. His mercy burns all the brighter when we fall, drawing us back to Him. His heart aches when we’re hurting, and it rejoices when we come close. Sometimes we disqualify ourselves from receiving that love. We think, I haven’t prayed enough… I’ve made too many mistakes… I’m not holy enough. But God’s love is not something we earn. It’s something we receive. All He asks is that we open our hearts to it. So today, pause and let yourself feel that love. Don’t rush past it. Sit with it. Let it soak into the deepest part of who you are. Let it remind you that no matter what happens, you are not alone. You are cherished. You are sustained by a love that never fails and never fades.
