_*WORD FOR THE DAY*_ _TOPIC: *GO TO CALVARY, JESUS AND MARY ARE WAITING FOR YOU THERE...*_ If you have ever searched for meaning in your pain, if you have ever wondered where to turn in your sorrow, if you have ever felt lost, betrayed, wounded, or weary, then I urge you, go to Calvary. For it is on that sacred hill that you will find Jesus, and beside Him, you will find His Mother, Mary. Go to Calvary, not as a tourist, but as a pilgrim. Go there with your wounds, your questions, your doubts, and your sins. For there, at the foot of the Cross, heaven touched earth, and mercy was poured out like blood and water. At Calvary, Jesus speaks without uttering many words. His silence screams louder than thunder; His agony is the language of divine love. He doesn’t just die, He offers. He doesn’t just suffer, He saves. There, He teaches us that the road to glory is paved with sacrifice, obedience, and love unto death. And standing by Him, sharing in His suffering, not from a distance but heart to heart, is His mother, Our Mother, Mary. Mother Mary stood when others fled. She believed when all seemed lost. She didn’t understand everything, but she trusted. She could have collapsed under the weight of her grief, but she remained upright, not because she was not in pain, but because she chose to stay with Jesus through it all. That is why she is not just the Queen of Heaven, but also the Queen of Sorrows. The Rosary is not just a string of beads; it is a spiritual sword. It is a chain that ties your fragile life to the unbreakable love of God. It is a meditation that walks with Mary through the mysteries of Jesus' life, joyful, sorrowful, glorious, and luminous. When you pray the Rosary, you don’t just recite words; you enter into the heart of the Gospel. You sit with Mary at Bethlehem. You walk with her to Calvary. You rise with her to the Resurrection. The Rosary is Mary’s hand extended to you in the darkest valley. It is her whisper saying, “Let me take you to my Son.” Pray it when you are confused. Pray it when you are calm. Pray it in the hospital, in traffic, in silence, in chaos. For every “Hail Mary” is a rose laid at the feet of the Sorrowful Mother who knows your pain and walks with you in it. The world today is full of noise and distraction. But Calvary is silent. The world today is full of pride and entitlement. But Calvary is humble. The world today is full of people looking for quick answers and easy roads. But Calvary is where love embraces the Cross. And only love that embraces the Cross can truly rise. So go to Calvary, not once, but every day, in your mind, in your prayers, in your sacrifices. Go there spiritually when you are tempted. Go there emotionally when you are wounded. And while you kneel there, pray your holy Rosary. It will steady your hands. It will purify your heart. It will connect you to the only two people who stood at the place where the world was saved. Jesus is waiting for you there. So is Mary. *Your servant,* *_@ Fr. Albert Nwosu_*
