Fire breaks out near major industrial sites in Russia's Tula region after overnight drone strike Less than a kilometer from the village of Morozovka, NASA satellites detected multiple fire hotspots. According to mapping services and government registries, several industrial facilities are located in the area. These include the plant, which manufactures components for panel construction; regional pig iron producer TulaChermet; VPK-Polymers, which produces complex technical components; the Plastic Parts Casting Plant; and the TULIT Manufacturing Association, specializing in high-pressure pipeline parts and radiator components. Additionally, the Tula Electrotechnical Plant is situated just northwest of one of the fire hotspots.
