Bridge collapses in Kursk and Bryansk regions caused by explosions — Russian Investigative Committee "On May 31, 2025, at 10:50 p.m., on the Vygo­nichi–Pilshino railway section in Bryansk region, a road bridge collapsed as a result of an explosion. Debris fell onto a passenger train passing underneath. As a result of the incident, there were injuries and fatalities. In Zheleznogorsk district of Kursk region, on June 1, 2025, at around 3 a.m., an explosion also occurred at a railway bridge, causing a passing train to fall onto a roadway.
