পথেই আছি — পথেই মোরা থাকবো, সত্যের সাথে, ন্যায়ের পথে, একসাথে মোরা লড়বো! বিচারের দীর্ঘসূত্রিতা ও CBI তদন্তের শ্লথ গতি, আন্দোলনে থাকা সহকর্মীদের অনৈতিকভাবে স্থানান্তর — এই সমস্ত প্রতিকূলতার মধ্যেও আমরা একজোট হয়ে পেরিয়ে এসেছি ১০টি মাস। অথচ আজও আর জি করে সংগঠিত প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক নৃশংস ঘটনার বিচার অধরা, অসংখ্য প্রশ্ন রয়ে গেছে উত্তরহীন। এই কঠিন সময়েও West Bengal Junior Doctors’ Front (WBJDF) জনস্বাস্থ্য ও ন্যায়বিচারের দাবিতে নিরন্তর পদক্ষেপ নিয়ে চলেছে। তারই অংশ হিসেবে: ১) ৮ই জুন, রবিবার, সকাল ১০টা - দুপুর ১টা গড়িয়াহাট সংলগ্ন সংহতি স্কুল প্রাঙ্গণে আয়োজন করা হচ্ছে ‘অভয়া ক্লিনিক’, যেখানে এলাকার বহু নিম্নবিত্ত ও বস্তিবাসী মানুষকে স্বাস্থ্যপরিষেবা প্রদান করা হবে। ২) ৯ই জুন, সোমবার, সন্ধ্যে ৭টা আর জি কর - Cry of the Hour প্রাঙ্গণে ‘অভয়া’র স্মরণে ও প্রতিবাদের অঙ্গীকারে এক জমায়েত। WBJDF আন্দোলনের শুরু থেকেই জনস্বাস্থ্য কর্মসূচিতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ এবং আগামীতেও তারই ধারাবাহিকতা বজায় রাখবে। We are on the path — and on the path we’ll stay, With truth and justice, we’ll fight all the way! Despite the prolonged delay in justice, the sluggish pace of the CBI investigation, and the unethical transfers of colleagues actively involved in the movement — we have stood united and endured ten long months. Yet, justice for the brutal institutional incident that occurred at R.G. remains elusive, and countless questions remain unanswered. Even in these trying times, the West Bengal Junior Doctors’ Front (WBJDF) continues to take consistent steps in the pursuit of public health and justice. As part of this effort: 1) On Sunday, June 8, from 10 AM to 1 PM, a free health camp titled ‘Abhaya Clinic’ will be organized in the premises of Sanghati School, near Gariahat, where essential healthcare services will be provided to numerous underprivileged and slum-dwelling residents of the area. 2) On Monday, June 9, at 7 PM, a gathering will be held at the ‘Cry of the Hour’ premises in R.G. Kar, in remembrance of Abhaya and in renewed resolve to protest. From the very beginning of the movement, WBJDF has remained committed to public health initiatives and will continue to uphold this commitment in the future.
