The successful candidate will play a key role in managing transportation and delivery billing processes, coordinating with the finance department, and ensuring timely and accurate financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Obtain accurate information related to transportation and home delivery orders. • Prepare and send out billing statements. • Receive, review, and file invoices and waybills. • Manage and hand over yellow waybills. • Initiate freight payment applications. • Monitor OA (Office Automation) system approval progress. • Follow up on payment status with the finance department. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and logical thinking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. • Strong command of English, both written and spoken. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
