*Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo* _Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD_ _Monday, June 9th 2025_ *BOUGHT WITH A PRICE* _(You’re God’s Property)_ *TO THE BIBLE:* *1 Corinthians 6:19-20* _“Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”_ *LET'S TALK* Tobi stood in front of his mirror, his eyes filled with confidence. *“My body is the temple of God! My life is hid with Christ! I am bought with a price, fashioned for His glory!”* he declared. Do you know that you were bought with a price? That means you’re God’s treasure, His prized possession. How amazing is that? The Bible says: *“knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot”* (1 Peter 1:18-19). Think about it: your value isn’t measured by money, fame, or what people think of you. It is the precious blood of the Lord Jesus because that’s the price God paid for your salvation. Always remember that. Your spirit, soul, and body belong to Him, and that means Satan has no business in your life and in the quarters of your body because you legally belong to Christ. Now that you’re born again, you’re far above Satan’s domain or jurisdiction: *“giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. 13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”* (Colossians 1:12-14 ESV). Moreover, because you’re God’s property, He’s fashioned your life for glory and excellence (read Ephesians 2:10 AMPC). Satan has no claim over your life. You’re *“untouchable”* because you’re protected by the Lord! Colossians 3:3-4 says Christ is your life, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Now you can understand why He says, *“...nothing shall by any means hurt you”* (Luke 10:19); *“No weapon formed against you shall prosper...”* (Isaiah 54:17). Hallelujah! Have this consciousness and live in absolute dominion over the adversary, and all adversities every day. *GO DEEPER* *1 Peter 1:18-19 AMPC* You must know (recognize) that you were redeemed (ransomed) from the useless (fruitless) way of living inherited by tradition from [your] forefathers, not with corruptible things [such as] silver and gold, *19* But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot. *1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV* Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; *20* you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. *Ephesians 2:10 AMPC* For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), [a]recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]. *SPEAK* _Dear Father, I’m grateful for the assurance that my spirit, soul, and body belong to you and that Satan has no claim over my life.
