Project Management:They manage projects from start to finish, including stock control, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Configuration and Commissioning:They configure and commission security systems, ensuring they are optimized for specific client needs and meet safety standards. Documentation and Reporting:They maintain detailed documentation for all project activities and system setups, and deliver regular reports on project progress and system performance. Training and Support:They provide technical support and training to both clients and internal staff, ensuring they can effectively use and maintain security systems. Client Liaison:They work directly with clients to understand their security requirements and offer tailored solutions. Other Responsibilities: Compliance:They ensure that all work adheres to relevant safety and quality standards and complies with industry regulations. Health and Safety:They prioritize health and safety protocols on all projects, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and others. Collaboration:They work closely with other technicians, project managers, and clients, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment. Mentoring and Supervision:They may be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
