Sashidhara, reports the discovery of phthalazinone-triazole hybrids synthesized via Click chemistry. The paper, with Ajay Kishor Kushawaha and Arvind Kumar Jaiswal as lead authors, highlights these compounds' ability to stimulate GLUT4 translocation in skeletal muscle, an important mechanism for glucose regulation.
