Therefore, holding serious discussions—whether about monitoring, ceasefire, or security guarantees—without the US and Europeans is pointless. It can be done, but ultimately, military-political, financial, and other factors show that without real involvement of the US and Europeans, it is impossible to resolve the largest conflict on the European continent,” he said.
