The Supreme Allied Commander Transformation of NATO, Admiral Pierre Vandier, believes that Ukraine's creativity—particularly demonstrated in its special operation “Pavutyna” (“Spiderweb”) on Russian territory—is something Western militaries could learn from. “What the Ukrainians did in Russia was a Trojan horse, and the Trojan horse goes back thousands of years. Today, we are witnessing this kind of tactic being reinvented through technical and industrial creativity,” Vandier said in an interview with AFP.
