The Pakistani armed forces and intelligence agencies have taken a transformative shift in their policy of Kill and Dump to Extrajudicial Executions and Fake encounters. They detain the common Baloch people from their homes and surroundings. After a few days, weeks and months, they neither justify their abduction within the constitutional framework nor the Pakistani authorities bother to investigate the matter. Unfortunately, the most of the illegally detained persons were labelled as a militant or anti-state and killed in the fake encounters. As a question raises rationally, is there any state institution investigated, provided brief information or evidence that the abductees were involved in any crime and criminal activities? Absolutely, No. But the mighty state termed them rebellion and killed innocent people which is inhumane and unjustified behaviour.
Recently, in Koh-Sulamain region, especially Rada-Sham, Barkhan, Musa Khil and Lorali Districts of Balochistan, the prime targets were Buzdar and Marri tribes. In four separate fake encounters incidents, the Pakistani armed forces and Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), a so-called anti-terrorism force, have been martyred thirteen individuals in fake encounters and sixteen were abducted in this region only.

The increased in the number of cases of abduction, illegally detention and extrajudicial executions have led to sever traumatising in the region. Mostly, the people are pressurised to stay silent by so-called tribal elders or Sadarโs in the area. They play a key role in losses of lives when the abductees get killed by Pakistani paramilitary troops. Because they are the main culprit and collaborators, who have attained support and backed by intelligence agencies and Pakistani armed forces.
We are very concerned about the wellbeing of the victims of enforcedly disappeared individuals of the same tribes. We appeal to international community and human rights activists or defenders to raise their voices to protect human rights and unmask the inhumane crimes and cruelty committed by Pakistani forces against Baloch people across the region.
