๐ช๐ฃ๐ 2025:
Nizar Ahmed, son of Jan Muhammad and a resident of Mazarabad, Mashkai, was forcibly disappeared by Pakistani security forces on 23 December 2024. His whereabouts remained unknown for nearly six months. On 11 June 2025, his body was recovered in Mashkai, bearing multiple signs of torture and bullet wounds, raising serious concerns of extrajudicial execution following prolonged incommunicado detention.
Prior to his disappearance, Nizar Ahmed was reportedly summoned to a local military cantonment. His brother, Guldad, also remains missing to date.
This case highlights the alarming rise in custodial executions of previously disappeared individuals in Awaran district, particularly in Mashkai, where impunity prevails, and access to human rights remains absent.
