o Cleansing techniques (Jala Neti, Vaman, tratak, Kapalabhati)

• Hatha Yoga:
o The integration of Asana and Pranayama
o The philosophy and principles of Hatha Yoga
o Sequencing and flow of Hatha Yoga practices
