Our program provides you with a solid foundation in the theory and practice of sound healing, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to facilitate powerful sound healing sessions. *Course Content* - Fundamentals of Nada Yoga and Sankhya philosophy. Science, theory and history of sound Healing. - Connection between sound, vibration, frequency, energy, & their relationship to matter. - Brainwave entrainment. - Chakras and 5 elements of nature - Tibetan bowls: history and practice - Sound healing instruments: bowls, gongs, tubular bells, shamanic and ocean drums, flute, rattles, air whistle, ocarina, tongue drum, chimes, pulse tubes, and monochord. - One-to-One sessions and group sessions. - Additional tools (sacred geometry, crystals, aromatherapy, bodywork, and affirmations) - Self-clearing practices, intuitive development exercises, and guidance on connecting with spiritual guides. . *Course includes* : - Study materials with the course content & state of the art sound healing setup & instruments for training practice during the course - Daily yoga, pranayama, meditation & nature walks for inner connection with sound - Ongoing post training support *Daily Schedule* : 6am - Connection with elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether 8am - Breakfast 10am - Theory class 11.30am - Tea break 11.45am - Training session 1pm - Lunch . 3.30pm - Practice session 6.20pm - Yamuna Aarti / Temple kirtan 7.30pm - Dinner *Certification* : This course is registered by Yoga Alliance YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).
