Alḥamdulillāh, we have received funds to purchase a ram tomorrow, in shāʾ Allāh. We have also received funds to buy rice. If we are going for local rice, then alḥamdulillāh, what we have will be able to provide a mudu to each of about 45 to 50 families In- Shāʾ-Allāh. However, if we are going for foreign rice, we do not yet have the required funds. We would really prefer to get the foreign rice, as it is of better quality and because it’s EID! As for preparing food to feed Almajiri children, — we will not be able to carry that out tomorrow due to not organizing that earlier. But in shāʾ Allāh, we will be extending this fundraiser until the end of the days of Tashrīq. If we receive the full amount before then, we will proceed with all the intended plans. If not, we will prioritize accordingly and do what we are able to, in shāʾ Allāh. May Allāh reward everyone who has contributed so far.
