The prophetic saying, “If you feel no shame, then do as you wish,” sadly captures the reality of many behaviours we witness today (especially on social.media) — from turning oneself into a slay queen in order to publicly and shamelessly announce a divorce, to shameless display and tabarruj in the name of marketing or promotion. It's deeply saddening, though not surprising, that the state of the contemporary Muslim ummah has fallen this low. May Allah protect us from being among those who embody the signs of the Hour and make us steadfast upon modesty and guidance.
