Power Outage Update! The BVI Electricity Corporation (BVIEC) wishes to inform the public that restoration of electricity is currently underway following the scheduled outage that began on the night of Monday, June 9, 2025. While service was originally scheduled to resume by 6:00 a.m., we regret to advise that due to the extent of the maintenance work carried out at the Long Bush Substation, restoration has been slightly delayed. Power is expected to be fully restored by or before 8:30 a.m. today, Tuesday, June 10, 2025. BVIEC sincerely apologises for the extended interruption and any inconvenience caused.
