This includes the replacement of voltage transformers and deep cleaning of the Bus Section — essential components that connect to feeders supplying electricity from Road Town to East End, Beef Island, Scrub Island, Great Camanoe, Marina Cay and the island of Virgin Gorda. This intensive work is part of a scheduled two-year maintenance cycle to strengthen system reliability and prevent future outages.
