This morning, Russia launched a drone attack on a civilian minibus in Bilopillia, Sumy region. Nine people were killed. Among them - a whole family: a mother, a father and their daughter. Seven other civilians are now in hospital. Ukraine continues to call for a full and unconditional ceasefire to save lives. Russia continues to ignore these calls, opting instead for more bloodshed. Russia's terror will not stop by itself. It must be forced into peace. Stronger sanctions, more pressure, more air defences - only decisive action will save lives.
