Should you exercise while you’re on your period? 🤔
The short answer: Yes, if your body feels up to it.
➡️ We often assume periods = total rest, but gentle movement can actually relieve cramps, boost your mood, and reduce bloating.
You don’t need to go to the gym. A walk, light stretches, some deep breathing exercises, that’s enough.
🙂 Every body is different. So the real answer is: listen to your body.
