Obviously he talkes about the "one more turn" effect, that he doesn't like ICS and prefers the science victory. For Civ7 specifically, he likes in principle the age transition, but he's still only finished one, and he feels a bit like some of the fans, that he doesn't connect that well with his civ. In contrast to most of the fanbase he actually seems to also dislike the performance of the narrator Gwendoline Christie!
