We are currently seeking dynamic, qualified, and passionate individuals to join our team as Tutors across various programs. > *Position Summary:* We are looking for experienced and motivated Tutors to teach, mentor, and support students across a range of diploma and certificate courses in Information Technology and related fields. The ideal candidate must be capable of inspiring learners and delivering quality instruction in both theoretical and practical components. *Key Responsibilities:* • Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. • Develop course materials, assessments, and learning aids in line with the syllabus. • Monitor student progress and provide timely academic support and feedback. • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance. • Participate in curriculum reviews, staff meetings, and training workshops. • Mentor and guide students in projects, research, and career development. • Ensure classroom discipline and uphold institutional values and policies. • Stay current with technological trends and integrate relevant updates into instruction.
