💢💢💢💥💥💣💣💣 تعليمات قبل تحليل جرثومة المعدة (Helicobacter pylori) Instructions Before Helicobacter pylori Testing (Urea Breath Test or Stool Antigen Test) لضمان دقة نتيجة التحليل، يجب إيقاف بعض الأدوية التي قد تؤثر على النتيجة وتسبب نتائج سلبية كاذبة. To ensure accurate test results, certain medications must be discontinued as they can lead to false-negative results. 1. الأدوية التي يجب إيقافها قبل التحليل: Medications to Stop Before Testing: المضادات الحيوية (Antibiotics): مثل أموكسيسيلين، كلاريثروميسين، ميترونيدازول. Examples: Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin, Metronidazole. يجب التوقف عنها قبل التحليل بـ 4 أسابيع. Must be stopped at least 4 weeks before the test. مثبطات مضخة البروتون (Proton Pump Inhibitors - PPIs): مثل أوميبرازول، بانتوبرازول، إيزوميبرازول، لانزوبرازول. Examples: Omeprazole, Pantoprazole, Esomeprazole, Lansoprazole. يجب التوقف عنها قبل التحليل بـ 14 يومًا. Must be stopped at least 14 days before the test. أدوية تحتوي على البزموت (Bismuth-containing compounds): مثل Pepto-Bismol. يجب التوقف عنها قبل التحليل بـ 4 أسابيع. Must be stopped at least 4 weeks before the test. مضادات مستقبلات H2 (H2-receptor blockers): مثل رانيتيدين، فاموتيدين. Examples: Ranitidine, Famotidine. يفضّل إيقافها قبل التحليل بـ 24-48 ساعة إن أمكن. Preferably stopped 24–48 hours before the test if possible. 2. لا يشترط الصيام قبل التحليل (إلا إذا نصح الطبيب بذلك). Fasting is not usually required unless advised by your doctor. 3. في حال عدم إمكانية التوقف عن الدواء، يجب إبلاغ الطبيب قبل إجراء التحليل.
