Happy International Boy Child’s Day. One age long paradox that hold an enormous significance reads “The boy is the father of the man.” Today we see the wise king Solomon bearing witness of the fact that despite his many achievements, age, wisdom, possessions and power, there was yet a time when he was but a little boy, when he was only tender and delicately beloved of his mother. So also it is for you dear son, you may be young today and thus very little or no responsibilities is layed on you, but it is superlatively expedient for you to know that the man of tomorrow will be birthed (speaking figuratively) by this little boy you are today. For this cause, seeing the high demands the world lay upon you as a man, it is again important that you invest heavily in this growing stage of yours. And unto you grownups of both genders alike, it is important and I charge you by this message, to also pay keen attention to the growth process of the boy child. Nurture and pour into him all wisdom and stature as will be required of him to be a man, a husband, a father, and leader.
