The importance of knowledge can never be overemphasized. And today’s Dose seeks to throw some good level of illumination into it. We have read that righteousness delivers from death (see Pro. 10:2). Be that as it may; there’re many cases when righteousness or being just will not be enough to deliver a man from trouble except it is complemented by a requisite amount of knowledge. This is why scripture also says “*My people perish because they lack knowledge…(Hos. 4:6).”* Many persons have certain rights and privileges especially as a citizen of God’s Kingdom but yet will not enjoy some of these rights because they do not know. Many persons have had to bear many needless loss and pains not because they deserved it or that there were not enough provisions to enable them evade such sufferings, but because they know not. Many persons are oppressed today both physically and even spiritually simply because they are in ignorance of their rights. The truth is, satan and his agents (both demon agents and even his incarnates in form of men or systems) will always take advantage of the ignorance of average folks to oppress, torment, exploit and extort them.
