Date: *Thursday, May 22, 2025* *Time With JOJOthePREACHER* Theme: *ASCENDING TO TRANSFORMATION* Text: *Isaiah 2:3 (ESV)* Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths. *EXPOSITION* The mountain of the Lord represents a place of divine encounter, revelation, and transformation. In Isaiah’s vision, the nations are not being forced, but invited “Come, let us go…” This is a voluntary and joyful ascent to a place where God speaks and shapes lives. To “go up” means leaving behind the noise, pride, and distractions of the valley. It’s a climb: sometimes demanding but always rewarding. At the summit is the house of God, a place not of ritual only, but of instruction and transformation. There, we don’t just learn about God we are taught by Him directly, and as a result, we begin to walk in His ways. Today, the invitation remains open. The Lord is calling His people to rise in prayer, in consecration, in commitment to meet Him on higher ground. When we go up to His mountain, we come back changed. God bless you *PRAYER* Dear LORD, I hear Your call to ascend. Give me the strength and desire to rise above the distractions of this world and seek You earnestly. Teach me Your ways, and help me walk in Your truth. Let my life reflect what I’ve learned in Your presence. May I always long for the mountain where You dwell.
