Date: *Tuesday, May 27, 2025* *Time With JOJOthePREACHER* Theme: *RECOGNIZING GRACE AND EMBRACING PARTNERSHIP* Text: *Galatians 2:9 (ESV)* And when James and Cephas and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given to me, they gave the right hand of fellowship to Barnabas and me, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised. *EXPOSITION* In this verse, Apostle Paul highlights a powerful moment of unity and affirmation in ministry. Despite differing backgrounds and callings, the apostles; James, Peter (Cephas), and John recognized the grace of God upon Apostle Paul and Barnabas. Instead of competing or questioning their mission, they extended the "right hand of fellowship," symbolizing partnership and mutual respect. This shows us that true ministry thrives when we acknowledge God’s grace in others, even when their assignment looks different from ours. The Church becomes stronger when we work together in our distinct callings, affirming one another’s grace and encouraging each other in the work of the Kingdom. Let us not only seek to be recognized but also recognize the grace in others, honoring the diversity of God’s calling in the Body of Christ. *PRAYER* LORD, Teach me to recognize Your hand on others and to embrace their unique callings. Help me walk in unity with fellow believers, extending the right hand of fellowship where needed.
