We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Engineer with deep expertise in Application Security Testing (AST) to join our dynamic team in AbuDhabi Location . In this role, you will play a critical part in embedding security throughout our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring our applications are robust and resilient against evolving cyber threats. Key Responsibilities: Conduct SAST and DAST: Perform comprehensive Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) for both web and mobile applications. Vulnerability Identification & Remediation: Identify, analyze, and prioritize security vulnerabilities within application code and deployed applications, and provide actionable recommendations for remediation. Secure SDLC Integration: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate security into every phase of the SDLC, from design to deployment. Threat Modeling & Code Review: Participate in threat modeling exercises and conduct secure code reviews to identify potential weaknesses in application logic and implementation. Tool Management & Optimization: Configure, manage, and optimize application security testing tools and platforms to improve efficiency and coverage. Policy & Standard Development: Contribute to the development and enforcement of secure coding guidelines, security policies, and application security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWE). Reporting & Metrics: Generate detailed security assessment reports, track vulnerability remediation progress, and provide metrics to stakeholders.
