Position: Project Manager Vacancy: 2 Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE Company: Oxford Integration UAE ↳ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage multiple AV & ELV projects from initiation to completion. • Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. • Review and approve system designs and engineering documentation (AV systems, CCTV, Access Control, etc.). • Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities. • Manage subcontractors, technicians, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues. • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and issues. • Prepare and deliver progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation. • Ensure all project documentation is maintained as per project requirements. • Supervise and mentor project engineers, coordinators, and site supervisors. • Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and align on goals. • Oversee project handover, client training, and documentation submission. ↳ Key Skills • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of five years of Project Management experience • Prior experience working in an AV, ELV and ICT systems integration company. • The Project Manager needs to have a fundamental understanding of business and project processes, structures, and control requirements. • The individual has a good understanding of project life cycles and takes responsibility for all aspects of the projects. • The individual has a proactive approach, pays attention to detail, has good verbal and written communication skills, and has a client service orientation. • Valid UAE driving license is often required. • Preference to candidates ready to join immediately 👉 If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your CV to [email protected]
