☄️ The Virtue of Worship During the Days of Tashrīq! 🔖 Al-Bukhārī (may Allah have mercy on him) entitled a chapter in his Ṣaḥīḥ: “Chapter: The Virtue of Righteous Deeds During the Days of Tashrīq.” ✍️ Ibn Abī Jamrah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “Righteous deeds during the Days of Tashrīq are superior to deeds performed at other times. This is not contradicted by the fact that these are days of festivity, because that does not prevent acts of worship — rather, some of the greatest acts of worship have been legislated during them, such as the remembrance of Allah the Exalted.” And the secret behind the virtue of worship during these days over other times is that worship during times when people are heedless carries greater reward than worship at other times. 📌 The Days of Tashrīq are, for the most part, days of heedlessness.
