As part of the induction process for the Third Commission, a Corporate Governance Training took place from 12 to 16 May 2025, in Nakuru. The training, which was facilitated by the Centre for Corporate Governance, focused on the role and impact of leadership in corporate governance and pillars, fundamentals and principles of governance, among other areas. The interactive training reviewed practical case studies, a mock board meeting, and several examples of successes and failures in corporate governance. SRC will apply the knowledge gained to enhance existing SRC governance practices. #rewardingproductivity
