As part of the 75th anniversary of the National Sample Survey (NSS), a community awareness meeting was recently held in Somandurai village, Coimbatore district, Tamil Nadu. With support from village officials and the Block Development Office, around 50 local residents participated. As part of the celebrations, 50 trees were planted in the village, with active participation from the local community. Village officials and residents expressed their gratitude and pledged to take care of the saplings.
