On board is a 12-person crew, which includes the young Swedish climate activist 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠. ⚓ 𝐏𝐫𝐨-𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥 figures have launched a series of violent threats against the humanitarian mission. * 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐲 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐦 posted on X: `“Hope Greta and her friends can swim!”` * 𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐬𝐤𝐲 posted: `“Oh look, the little 𝐣𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐢 Greta Thunberg is trying to get into 𝐆𝐚𝐳𝐚… It would be so sad if something were to happen to her flotilla…”` ⚓ These threats are significant as the launch comes just one month after 𝐈𝐬𝐫𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 the Freedom Flotilla vessel Conscience (on 2 May) off the coast of Malta. ⚓ The purpose of the humanitarian mission is to break through the blockade of 𝐆𝐚𝐳𝐚. The Madleen is carrying relief supplies that the Freedom Flotilla Coalition called `“limited amounts, though symbolic”.` The group said the trip `“is not charity.
