🚫 Do you control what you take or does it control you?
Addiction isn’t always about hard drugs. Sometimes it’s that “extra pill” 💊, too much caffeine ☕, sleeping tablets, alcohol 🍷, or even painkillers like tramadol. Funny enough, you can also be addicted to unhealthy snacks 🍟🍫those chips and sweets that sneak up on you!
People get hooked on:
Painkillers and codeine syrups
Caffeine and energy drinks
Sleeping pills
Alcohol and cigarettes
Illicit drugs like crack or loud
And yes, sometimes junk food!
The damage is real:
🧠 Brain fog and mood swings
💔 Organ damage liver, kidney, heart
😢 Depression, anxiety
📉 Poor school or work performance
⚰️ And in some cases, death
Addiction steals your health, your dreams, your life but it can be stopped.

Eat and rest well instead of overdosing 🥗🛌
Talk to someone you trust/Health worker 💬
Find healthy ways to cope hobbies, faith, friends 🎨🙏
Seek help when needed recovery is possible 🏥💚
