Sometimes itโs that โextra pillโ ๐, too much caffeine โ, sleeping tablets, alcohol ๐ท, or even painkillers like tramadol. Funny enough, you can also be addicted to unhealthy snacks ๐๐ซthose chips and sweets that sneak up on you! People get hooked on: Painkillers and codeine syrups Caffeine and energy drinks Sleeping pills Alcohol and cigarettes Illicit drugs like crack or loud And yes, sometimes junk food!
