*Job Description*
We are looking for a hardworking and organized Admin Support Officer or Document Controller to join our team. This is a full-time position in our building maintenance company. The person will be responsible for helping with daily office work, keeping records updated, and supporting our technical and site teams. You should have some basic knowledge of construction or building maintenance and be good with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel.
*Main job duties:*
Prepare and send quotations and invoices to clients
Help write method statements and risk assessments for site work
Keep all project information and data up to date in the system
Communicate with the site team regularly and get updates on the progress of work
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
Support the team with any general office or document-related tasks
Make sure all documents are saved correctly and easy to find
Follow up with suppliers or clients if needed
Assist in preparing reports or summaries for management
*What we need from you:*
Basic understanding of civil or building maintenance work
Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to write and organize documents clearly
Good spoken and written English
Can communicate well with team members and other departments
Must already be in Qatar with a valid QID
Must be able to transfer sponsorship if selected
Should be available to start soon
