> *We are hiring – Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive* *Job Description* We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. The role is based in Qatar and involves handling customer accounts, managing collections, and making sure payments are received on time. *Position:* Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive *Location:* Qatar *Salary:* QAR 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience) *Availability:* Must be in Qatar with valid QID and NOC (for sponsorship transfer) *Job duties:* Review and process credit applications from customers Set up and manage customer credit accounts Follow up regularly with customers for pending payments Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any differences Maintain clear records of payments and outstanding balances Report late payments to the finance manager and take action Stop or unblock customer accounts based on payment status Handle all types of customers in a professional and polite way Prepare regular reports and analysis of receivables Help improve internal processes for better collection and reporting Support the finance team with daily tasks *Requirements:* At least 5 years of experience in credit collection, including legal recovery 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry Good knowledge of accounting software Advanced Microsoft Excel skills CA Inter or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Ready to join immediately Valid QID and NOC Valid Qatar driving license Experience with SAP software is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Organized and detail-oriented *How to Apply* If you are interested and meet the requirements, please send your updated CV to: [email protected] Please write "AR Executive Application" in the subject of your email.
