> *We are looking for a HVAC & Fire Fighting Systems – Mechanical Engineer* *Job Description* We are hiring a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing, designing, and supervising HVAC and fire fighting systems across various construction and maintenance projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge in installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems and mechanical components. *Job Responsibilities:* Design, plan, and supervise installation of HVAC and fire fighting systems Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met Prepare BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and technical reports Conduct site inspections and supervise commissioning and handover activities Ensure systems are compliant with international standards and local regulations (NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.) Provide technical support and solutions to resolve project-related challenges *Experience Required:* 5 to 10 years of experience working on HVAC and fire fighting piping systems in construction or building maintenance projects Experience with both residential and commercial buildings is a plus *Qualification:* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Additional certification in fire fighting or HVAC systems is an advantage *Skills and Requirements:* Strong understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, VRF, etc.) and fire fighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, piping, etc.) Familiarity with international codes (NFPA, ASHRAE, ISO, etc.) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other related software Good command of English (spoken and written) Strong analytical and organizational skills Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Valid Iqama and transferable visa (preferred) *How to Apply* If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your updated CV to: [email protected] Please mention “HVAC & Fire Fighting Mechanical Engineer – Abha” in the subject line.
