The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of forklifts and related equipment to clients across multiple industries. 📌 Key Responsibilities: 1) Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. 2) Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new clients. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their operational requirements. 3) Stay updated on the latest forklift models, features, and industry trends. Effectively communicate product specifications, advantages, and benefits to clients. 4) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the advantages of our forklifts and material handling solutions. 5) Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals to clients based on their requirements and budget. 6) Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving company objectives. 7) Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business and referrals. 8) Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and product development opportunities. 9)Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
