Ingredients- •500g dahi •2 tsps Rose syrup •1/4th cup Lychee puree •2 Tbsps fresh cream •1/4th tsp Cardamom •1/2 cup icing sugar Garnish •Rose Petals Process- - Hang the dahi with weight for 3 -4 hours - Blend 4-5 lychees with rose syrup - Whisk the hung curd with cream and cardamom powder - Sieve icing sugar into the mix and whisk - Mix the lychee puree part by part into the dahi - Fold in some chopped lychee pieces into the shrikhand - Adjust the rose syrup according to the colour and flavour of your liking - Garnish with rose petals and Enjoy! #lychee #shrikand #lycheeshrikhand #indiansweets #recipe #easyrecipes
