Ingredients:
• 2 cups yogurt, hung overnight with weight
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• ¼ cup melted chocolate
• 1½ to 2 tbsp honey (to taste)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 1 tbsp milk of choice
For Garnish:
• Whipped cream
• Chocolate shavings
• Fresh cherries
Method:
• Hang curd with a weight overnight to drain excess water.
• Add hung curd, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and milk to a blender.
• Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
• Melt chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
• Add melted chocolate to the blender and blend once more to combine.
• Pour the mousse into serving glasses.
• Refrigerate for 4–5 hours or overnight until fully set.
• Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh cherries before serving
