Through tax subsidies and exemptions on menstrual products and services, they’re working to make #menstrualhealth affordable and sustainable for all. Despite this progress, many girls in the East and Horn of Africa miss school or drop out due to unaffordable menstrual products. Additionally, millions of women and girls still use unsafe materials and lack clean, private facilities amid ongoing stigma.
