📣 The We Have Rights project is dedicated to combating sexual violence, harmful practices like FGM/C and child marriage, and improving access to justice and essential services for internally displaced persons (IDP) and minority women and girls in South Central Somalia and Somaliland. Through tax subsidies and exemptions on menstrual products and services, they’re working to make #MenstrualHealth affordable and sustainable for all. Despite this progress, many girls in the East and Horn of Africa miss school or drop out due to unaffordable menstrual products. Additionally, millions of women and girls still use unsafe materials and lack clean, private facilities amid ongoing stigma. Are you passionate about using data for change? Can you lead dynamic, hands-on training sessions on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)? SIHA is looking for an experienced Consultant to design and facilitate a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) capacity-building training for women’s rights organisations in Kampala and Arua, Uganda. ⏳ Duration: 1 month (including preparation, training, follow-up and reporting) 🗓️ Application Deadline: 3rd June 2025 The consultant will lead the design and delivery of a three-day Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) training workshop for SIHA member organizations in Uganda.
